I came up with this idea to put a slight twist on standard deviled eggs specifically for Easter.

  1. Remove the shells from the hard-boiled eggs.
  2. Slice in half then carefully remove the hard yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the avocado flesh and smash with egg yolks until blended.
  4. Then add cilantro, garlic salt and pepper.
  5. When the mixture is ready scoop into the egg halves.
  6. Add one drop of hot sauce on top of the devil eggs as desire.
