Chef Ena: Lumpia (Filipino Eggroll) Recipe

Once you bring Lumpia to a party you will always be asked for more! This is a favorite for everyone.
Ingredients
- Egg roll wrappers
- 1-lb ground beef
- 1/2-lb shrimps (clean, deveigned, peeled and finely chop)
- 1/2-cup finely chops carrots
- 1/2-cup finely chops celery with leaves
- 1/4-cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4-cup finely chopped green onion
- 1/2-cup finely chopped red or green bell pepper (or both)
- 2-large eggs (lightly beaten)
- season to taste
Preparation Instructions
Mix all the ingredients, Use 1tbsp for each wrapper. Instructions on the back bag of the wrapper, on how to wrap. Fry in pan or deep fry untill done or brown. (Make sure internal temperature is 160 degrees)
Serving Suggestions
Serve with banana sauce (available at asian markets or asian section of many grocery stores) or sweet and spicy chili sauce.
